About the Role

We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a strong online presence for our various brands and product offerings. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals and interface with internal stakeholders to ensure sales leads generated are closed.

Key Responsibilities

• Run company online media advertising campaigns
• Formulate and collaborate on high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign
• Build and maintain a solid social media presence across all platforms
• Monitor the company's brand on social media
• Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
• Manage online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
• Respond to comments and messages across all accounts
• Oversee customer service provided via social media
• Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
• Experience developing social media strategies
• Hands-on experience in content creation and campaign management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to express company views creatively
• Knowledge of current social media platforms and digital technologies
