About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the online presence of a fast-growing Christian ministry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital engagement, skilled in content creation, and driven to expand reach and followers across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement across social media platforms
• Create, curate, and schedule inspiring, high-quality, and faith-based content
• Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns for growth
• Stay updated on social media trends to maximize visibility
• Engage authentically with online audiences to build a vibrant digital community

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (ministry or non-profit experience is a plus)
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills, including graphics, short videos, and captions
• Knowledge of growth strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative, consistent approach aligned with Christian values
