Social Media Manager at Givanas Group of Companies

Job Summary

An established company is recruiting a Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage Givanas Group's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role will oversee brand storytelling, digital campaigns, community management, and online engagement while working closely with the Content Creator to drive visibility, brand equity, and consumer connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Group's brand and business objectives
• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube
• Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce engaging, platform-appropriate content including video, graphics, and copy
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform strategy
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent community engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Protect brand reputation by managing online conversations and flagging potential risks
• Support cross-functional teams with digital campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4–6 years of proven experience in social media management (agency or in-house; FMCG experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in social media advertising and campaign management
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design
• Ability to work collaboratively with creatives, marketers, and business leaders
