## Title: Social Media Manager
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in social media management and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging posts including text, captions, and hashtags across all platforms
- Craft brand storytelling tailored to different audiences
- Write ad copy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn
- Ensure tone and language consistency with Enviable Group's brand guidelines
- Engage with followers by replying to comments, direct messages, and mentions
- Manage customer service inquiries received via social platforms
- Build and maintain online relationships with influencers and partner brands
- Post 5 daily content pieces (longform, podcasts, shortform) with timely descriptions, thumbnails, and revisions
- Track performance data and suggest areas for improvement
- Provide feedback to editors and follow up on deadlines
- Proactively communicate potential delays or challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Expertise in content creation and community management across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook
- Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Metricool, Meta Business Suite, and content management systems
- Background in analytics with ability to use insights to inform content strategy and improve performance
- Strong understanding of paid social campaigns and their integration with organic content strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot errors and request quality revisions
- Experience building communities and fostering brand loyalty
