Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and stories
• Grow and manage online communities
• Monitor analytics and optimize content for better results
• Run social media ads and track performance
• Stay updated with trends and implement new ideas
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or related role
• Strong content creation and editing skills
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Suite, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting
• Creative, proactive, and trend-savvy mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design or video editing
• Knowledge of paid advertising
• Ability to grow accounts organically
