Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to join our team at AY Homes & Investments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, Nigeria, responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across all platforms
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create engaging, high-quality content for diverse audiences
• Optimize social media performance and campaign effectiveness
• Analyze social media metrics and identify performance trends
• Adjust and refine strategies based on data insights to drive growth and engagement
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with audiences

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong content strategy and writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and current trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role (advantageous)
