About the Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Social Media Manager to administer and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online community, and building our brand image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on return on investment (ROI)
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Oversee social media accounts' design including profile pictures, timeline covers and blog layouts
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Excellent communication skills
