We are seeking a creative, responsible, and highly organized Social Media Manager to manage and grow the school's digital presence in a professional and child-safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the school's social media strategy in line with its values and communication goals
• Create, schedule, and publish appropriate content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Showcase school activities, achievements, events, and announcements
• Manage comments, messages, and online engagement professionally and courteously
• Ensure all content complies with child protection, safeguarding, and privacy policies
• Maintain a consistent and positive brand image for the school
• Monitor social media performance and prepare periodic reports
• Work closely with school management, teachers, and administrative staff to gather content
• Stay updated on digital trends relevant to education and school communications

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a school or educational institution
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms and analytics
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with design and content tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child-protection standards is an added advantage
