## Title: Social Media Manager

About the Role

Onyx Beauty Hub is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role combines content creation, community management, and analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and product launches
  • Plan and schedule weekly content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business, balancing brand awareness, engagement, education, and sales conversion
  • Create high-quality content including videos, reels, carousels, static posts, product showcases, styling tutorials, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonials
  • Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and hashtags consistent with Onyx Beauty's premium brand voice
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, models, and internal teams for content creation and on-site brand activations
  • Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries, maintaining a professional and brand-appropriate tone
  • Monitor and engage with brand mentions, tags, and user-generated content, escalating customer issues to management when necessary
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics weekly and monthly, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, using insights to optimize future content
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant and engaging
  • Provide onsite support for live sales, launches, promotional activities, and content creation during designated events

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of social media management experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury brands
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
  • Basic design and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, and luxury marketing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
