Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and manage a content calendar, planning and scheduling posts across various platforms
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities

Content Creation

• Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, videos, infographics, and reels
• Adapt content to suit different platforms and target audiences
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create visually appealing content

Community Management

• Manage social media accounts, including monitoring comments, messages, and inquiries
• Respond to followers and build community engagement around the brand

Performance Analysis

• Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to make recommendations
• Adjust strategies based on performance analysis

Brand Management

• Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual aesthetics across all channels
