Social Media Expert Manager at PWAN Stars

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and driving overall digital growth across all platforms.

We are looking for someone who is strategic, proactive, data-driven, and highly creative — someone who understands trends, algorithms, and audience behavior deeply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
• Manage all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others)
• Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, reels, and captions
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Monitor analytics and generate performance reports with actionable insights
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
• Grow online community engagement and brand visibility
• Track trends and adapt strategies quickly to maintain relevance
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive campaigns
• Manage brand reputation across all digital platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid ads, and performance analytics
• Highly intelligent, creative, and strategic thinker
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) and video editing tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Lagos
• Experience in real estate or network marketing is an added advantage
