## Title: Social Media & Content Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Content Lead to own the company's social media presence end-to-end. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content, managing all platforms, and ensuring consistent posting, high-quality storytelling, and strong brand representation online.

The ideal candidate is both a content creator and a social media manager—someone who can independently generate ideas, shoot quick-form content when needed, and work with the in-house content producer on more structured shoots. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Own and manage all company social media platforms
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
  • Write captions, manage comments and DMs, and ensure timely responses
  • Monitor trends and recommend content opportunities

Content Creation & Production

  • Create short-form content independently (reels, TikTok-style videos, quick product or behind-the-scenes clips)
  • Develop content ideas, scripts, and storytelling concepts
  • Work closely with the in-house videographer/photographer for planned shoots
  • Repurpose existing content across platforms
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment

Campaign Execution

  • Execute online and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with the agency and ads specialist

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance
  • Track engagement and recommend improvements

Brand Representation

  • Ensure all messaging and visuals reflect brand standards
  • Represent the brand professionally in content where necessary

Required Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content
  • Strong storytelling and content planning ability
  • Ability to shoot quick mobile content when needed
