About the Role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to produce platform-specific content that educates, entertains, and inspires across our digital channels.

Objective

To create compelling, educational, and engaging content for social media platforms, helping to grow our online community, increase brand visibility, and connect meaningfully with students, parents, and educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and schedule content (text, images, videos, reels, carousels) across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create content that reflects the brand's voice, resonates with students, and aligns with educational goals
• Stay on top of trends and challenges that can be adapted into relevant educational formats
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Monitor audience feedback, respond to comments and messages, and track engagement metrics
• Repurpose content from blogs, lesson materials, or campaigns into digestible social media formats

Key Performance Indicators

• Growth in followers and engagement rates (likes, shares, saves, comments)
• Consistent posting and calendar execution
• Reach and impressions per content type
• Community feedback and responsiveness

Collaboration & Reporting

• Reports to the Head of Operations and Creative Lead
• Collaborates with design, content, and campaigns team
• Content calendar and key posts must be reviewed and approved weekly

Quality Control Expectations

• Brand-aligned tone, visuals, and messaging in all posts
• Zero tolerance for spelling, grammar errors, or misinformation
• Timely adaptation of trending content with educational value

Required Skills

• Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio or samples required)
• Strong writing skills – smart, witty, and on-brand captioning
• Excellent storytelling ability
