## Title: Social Media & Community Manager

Position Overview

The Social Media & Community Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and fostering a vibrant online community around our brands and products. This person will be responsible for creating engaging and authentic content, building relationships with our audience, and leveraging various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a community engagement strategy aligned with the brand while fostering a sense of community with the audience and customers
  • Create and curate compelling video content featuring personal interactions that showcase and speak about our products for social media, forums, and communities
  • Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend reach and strengthen community
  • Maintain brand presence and engagement by responding promptly to community inquiries, comments, and feedback
  • Organize and execute online and offline community events, campaigns, webinars, and challenges while encouraging participation to foster community interactions and loyalty

Job Requirements

  • Minimum HND qualification
  • Ability to feature in creative video content
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must reside within Isolo, Ago, Festac, and environs
