Site Engineers - Layelle Africa, Lagos

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Layelle Africa is recruiting experienced Site Engineers on behalf of a leading real estate & construction firm with over 30 years of industry presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.

• Organise manpower, equipment and materials for project delivery.

• Review and interpret drawings to ensure compliance with design, safety and budget.

• Liaise with contractors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain quality control, HSE compliance and site documentation.

• Prepare and update daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on site supervision experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools.

• Professional certifications (COREN, NSE, PMP) are an advantage.

• Must reside in Lagos.
