Site Engineers

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Layelle Africa is recruiting experienced Site Engineers on behalf of a leading real estate & construction firm with over 30 years of industry presence. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. - Organise manpower, equipment and materials for project delivery. - Review and interpret drawings to ensure compliance with design, safety and budget. - Liaise with contractors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. - Maintain quality control, HSE compliance and site documentation. - Prepare and update daily/weekly progress reports. Requirements: - B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering (or related discipline). - Minimum 5 years’ hands-on site supervision experience. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools. - Professional certifications (COREN, NSE, PMP) are an advantage. - Must reside in Lagos.
