Shawarma Maker - Obaebae Cafe, Lagos

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:

• We are looking for a skilled Shawarma Maker to prepare, grill,assemble shawarmas and burgers while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and marinate meats according to recipes

• Grill and cook shawarma meats to perfection

• Assemble shawarma wraps with vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with other kitchen tasks as required

Requirements: Education:

• Minimum: First School Leaving Certificate

• Formal culinary training is a plus but not required

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Shawarma Maker or in a similar role

• Familiarity with food safety standards

Skills:

• Expertise in meat preparation and grilling

• Knowledge of sauces, seasoning, and shawarma assembly

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and quality

• Physical stamina to work long hours.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside around Maruwa, Lekki Phase 1

• Available to work from 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
