Shawarma Maker

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are looking for a skilled Shawarma Maker to prepare, grill,assemble shawarmas and burgers while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and marinate meats according to recipes - Grill and cook shawarma meats to perfection - Assemble shawarma wraps with vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen - Monitor stock levels and report shortages - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with other kitchen tasks as required Requirements: Education: - Minimum: First School Leaving Certificate - Formal culinary training is a plus but not required Experience: - Proven experience as a Shawarma Maker or in a similar role - Familiarity with food safety standards Skills: - Expertise in meat preparation and grilling - Knowledge of sauces, seasoning, and shawarma assembly - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and quality - Physical stamina to work long hours. Other Requirements: - Must reside around Maruwa, Lekki Phase 1 - Available to work from 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight - Strong work ethic and reliability.
