An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to manage vehicle service interactions from reception through delivery, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive customers (appointment or walk-in), document vehicle concerns, and prepare accurate job cards.
  • Conduct test drives where necessary and explain scope of work, cost estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop staff and job controllers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on delays, additional work, or cost variations and obtain approvals.
  • Inspect completed jobs, ensure quality control, and manage smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Handle customer billing explanations, CSI feedback, and post-service follow-ups.
  • Track repeat concerns, coordinate complaint resolution, and support CSI improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and promote a culture of learning, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • HND / Bsc. in any discipline
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good understanding of vehicle service processes
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proximity to Iyana Isolo.
