Senior Graphic Designer at Razley Prints Limited

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our creative team in a senior graphic design position.

Design & Creative Work

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for various print materials such as brochures, packaging, signage, banners, labels, catalogs, and promotional items
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives
• Oversee multiple design projects from concept to final artwork

Print Production & Pre-Press

• Prepare accurate, print-ready files according to company and vendor specifications
• Conduct pre-flight checks, including bleed, trim, color mode, resolution, trapping, and imposition
• Manage color correction, image retouching, and proofing for both digital and offset printing
• Coordinate with press operators to ensure design intent is accurately translated into print

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
• Work closely with account managers and customers to understand design needs and propose solutions
• Communicate effectively with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews when needed
