## Title: Senior Field Sales Representative

Role Description

The Senior Field Sales Representative will support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth and market expansion. This is a dynamic role combining strategic planning, customer relationship management, and field sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Sales in planning and developing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets
  • Prospect and demonstrate products to potential and existing customers, helping them select solutions best suited to their needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
  • Conduct field sales activities, including product demonstrations, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Perform market research to stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to attract new customers
  • Provide customers with quotations and negotiate agreement terms
  • Handle sales administration including preparation of sales orders, invoicing, documentation, and product delivery coordination
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • HND or BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in the automobile and refrigerated truck industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
