Senior Executive, Strategy & Media Planning at BrandEye Media

Job Summary

You will serve as the media strategy and investment advisor for BrandEye Media, providing comprehensive client service across all assigned accounts. Your role will be to develop and execute media strategies that achieve brand objectives and budget targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships and driving agency growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop media strategies and implementation plans for clients, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and agreed performance parameters
• Serve as primary client service interface and relationship manager, conducting periodic meetings and generating contact reports to ensure smooth collaboration
• Employ media research, consumer data, and industry resources to provide strategic advice and direction for client briefs and brand challenges
• Understand, communicate, and implement fee structures (Retainership or Service Fee) and commercial terms for clients and media partners in accordance with agency guidelines
• Organize and facilitate weekly and bimonthly status update meetings on ongoing activities and future campaigns to track progress toward billing and savings targets
• Coordinate campaign media plans and ensure error-free media schedules, liaising with clients for final approval
• Develop and present pitch and strategy documents for new business development opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas and strategies that build client brands while driving revenue for the agency
• Coordinate or co-lead client activities spanning multiple functions including Media, Digital, PR, and Activation
• Ensure client satisfaction with strategy, rates, and discounts while collaborating with the buying unit to secure added value
• Deliver compelling ideas to drive consumer conversion, market development, and build award-winning campaigns
