## Title: Senior Executive, Strategy & Media Planning

Job Summary

This position offers a significant opportunity for career growth. You will operate as the media strategy and investment advisor and serve as the client service interface for BrandEye Media on all assigned clients and brands. Your primary focus will be achieving set brand and budget objectives while developing innovative strategies that build client brands and generate revenue for the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop media strategies and implementation plans for clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting agreed parameters and performance rates
  • Work on pitch and strategy documents for presentation to clients as part of new business development initiatives
  • Understand, communicate, and implement fee structures (retainership or service fee) and commercial terms for various clients and media partners in alignment with AISOP and agency-agreed terms
  • Employ media research, consumer data, and industry resources to provide strategic advice and direction on client briefs and brand challenges
  • Oversee regular client interfacing through periodic meetings and contact report generation to ensure smooth and cordial working relationships between client and agency
  • Organize agency weekly and bimonthly status update meetings on ongoing activities and future campaigns, driving achievement of set billings and savings targets
  • Deliver innovative ideas to clients that drive new consumer conversion, market development, and win awards and recognition for brands
  • Coordinate and take ultimate responsibility for campaign media plans, ensuring error-free media schedules and liaison with clients for sign-off on final approved plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction regarding strategy, rates, and discounts while collaborating with the buying unit to secure added value offerings
  • Coordinate or co-lead client activities that span across different functions including media, digital, PR, and activation
