About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Engineer to lead and manage engineering projects while providing technical expertise and mentorship to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering projects from planning to completion
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience with proven track record in large-scale projects
• COREN registration or equivalent professional certification
• Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
