## Title: Senior Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Senior Engineer to lead and manage engineering projects while providing technical expertise and mentorship to our team.

Lead and supervise engineering projects from planning to completion
Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical specifications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for management

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master's degree is an advantage)
Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience with proven track record in large-scale projects
COREN registration or equivalent professional certification
Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
