This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Role Description
  • The senior associate will work collaboratively with a team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal solutions, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in legal proceedings.
  • Responsibilities include advising clients on compliance, taxation, and governance, as well as building relationships with corporate and individual clients to address their legal needs effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Expertise in Corporate/Commercial Law, Compliance, and Taxation
  • Effective verbal and written communication, with client engagement expertise
  • Experience in Property Law, Corporate Litigation, and Contract Negotiations
  • Ability to manage multiple legal cases and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); relevant professional certifications are an advantage
  • Familiarity with business practices and legal regulations in Nigeria and beyond
