Role Description - The senior associate will work collaboratively with a team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal solutions, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in legal proceedings. - Responsibilities include advising clients on compliance, taxation, and governance, as well as building relationships with corporate and individual clients to address their legal needs effectively. Required Qualifications: - Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills - Expertise in Corporate/Commercial Law, Compliance, and Taxation - Effective verbal and written communication, with client engagement expertise - Experience in Property Law, Corporate Litigation, and Contract Negotiations - Ability to manage multiple legal cases and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); relevant professional certifications are an advantage - Familiarity with business practices and legal regulations in Nigeria and beyond
