About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our architecture team in a senior leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design options, and obtain feedback
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support
• Contribute to business development, including marketing, proposal writing, and networking
• Ensure that projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• ARCON Registered Architect with current practice license
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
