## Title: Senior Architect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our architecture team in a senior leadership capacity.

Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design options, and obtain feedback
Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support
Contribute to business development, including marketing, proposal writing, and networking
Ensure that projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to projects

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
ARCON Registered Architect with current practice license
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
