Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative and Logistics Manager to oversee administrative duties and coordinate logistics systems and procedures to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in CorelDraw
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with digital tools
Core Responsibilities
Resources & Staff Management
- Maintain staff attendance register and ensure punctuality; submit weekly reports to the Managing Director
- Manage staff sign-in/sign-out procedures (excluding field marketers)
- Oversee staff employment processes in accordance with company policies
- Maintain updated staff files and issue ID cards, appointment letters, and job descriptions to new hires
- Coordinate training and onboarding for new staff
- Present staff welfare issues to management for resolution
- Implement disciplinary measures according to company regulations
- Organize management staff meetings at least twice monthly
- Prepare quarterly staff performance evaluation appraisals for management review
- Administer staff pension schemes
- Manage staff quarters, including service charges (electricity, water, security)
- Monitor and enforce company dress code standards
- Schedule monthly staff phone recharge approvals and ensure recharge completion on the 1st of each month for Android and CUG lines
Public Relations & Communication
- Handle customer communications and inquiries
