## Title: Security Operations & Human Resources Officer

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented professionals to join as Security Operations & Human Resources Officer at our Lagos office.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Recruit candidates for employment, particularly for internal office positions, while providing support and oversight for recruitment conducted by resourcing officers
  • Screen resourced and recruited candidates for training purposes
  • Administer company employment forms and guide candidates through proper completion
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new staff members
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to staff records
  • Administer all onboarding materials upon new staff resumption

Training & Employee Relations Support

  • Oversee employee orientation and training programs
  • Serve as liaison between employees and management
  • Manage and address employee complaints
  • Conduct communications and interpersonal skills training
  • Arrange employee physical examinations
  • Prepare reports and enter, update, and maintain leave records, leave allowances, and other entitlements

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure accurate and timely attendance entry and submission
  • Submit all documentation for new staff prior to deployment
  • Assist with overtime computations, documentation, and payroll submissions
  • Maintain staff information accuracy
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support vetting officers with staff information for necessary vetting and investigations

Administration & Vendor Management

  • Assume responsibility and accountability for all company property at the branch office
  • Supervise administrative staff including drivers, cleaners, guards, and assistants
  • Maintain official vehicles, motorbikes, computers, and phones at the branch office
  • Collaborate with other departments on voucher payments and related matters
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
