  • We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Secretary to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate must have exceptional typing skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately, as this is a fundamental requirement for the role.
  • The ideal candidate will manage front desk activities while maintaining proper documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Close proximity within Kubwa and envrions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Support: Taking minutes, preparing agendas, and assisting with meeting.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, Draft, format, and proofread documents and reports.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk for visitors, clients, and partners
  • Maintain and update client records, visitor logs, and office documents with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and administrative record-keeping.
Requirements
  • He / She must have completed SSCE, OND, HND OR BSC.
  • Have at least 2years experience in the role.
  • Location: kubwa Abuja Abuja (FCT) ,
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 Words per Min).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be a female
