We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a well-organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support.
  • The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, handle correspondence, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, type, and format documents and reports
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Must be available to resume immediately if selected.
