We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a well-organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. - The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, handle correspondence, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments - Prepare, type, and format documents and reports - Ensure confidentiality of company and client information Requirements: - Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Must be available to resume immediately if selected.
