A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • Our client in the Health and Wellness industry is seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to support daily administrative and office operations.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, proper documentation, and efficient office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, file, and manage documents and records
  • Provide administrative support to management and medical staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and functional
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND/HND in Secretarial Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Willing to work in Ogudu Berger (accommodation provided)
