A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - Our client in the Health and Wellness industry is seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to support daily administrative and office operations. - The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, proper documentation, and efficient office coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails - Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars - Prepare, file, and manage documents and records - Provide administrative support to management and medical staff - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Ensure the office environment is organized and functional Requirements: - Minimum of OND/HND in Secretarial Administration, Office Management, or a related field - Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional - Willing to work in Ogudu Berger (accommodation provided)
