Location: Ejigbo,Lagos state Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Matron to oversee the daily operations of our school kitchen and dining facilities. The successful candidate must have a strong background in food and nutrition, with excellent leadership and management skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and service

• Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional standards

• Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are maintained

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide nutritional support to residents/patients

• Manage inventory and supplies

Requirements:

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

• Relevant experience in food service management

• Experience in catering management is a great advantage

• Must be experienced with handling kitchen staff.

• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary principles

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Must reside within Ejigbo or in close proximity
