School Matron

Location: Ejigbo,Lagos state Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Matron to oversee the daily operations of our school kitchen and dining facilities. The successful candidate must have a strong background in food and nutrition, with excellent leadership and management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and service - Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional standards - Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are maintained - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide nutritional support to residents/patients - Manage inventory and supplies Requirements: - Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field - Relevant experience in food service management - Experience in catering management is a great advantage - Must be experienced with handling kitchen staff. - Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary principles - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Must reside within Ejigbo or in close proximity What We Offer: - Negotiable based on experience - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment - Accommodation
