  • The Salon Manager & Senior Stylist plays a dual role — combining creative hair expertise with business and people management skills.
  • This person will oversee the daily running of the salon, manage the professional team, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold operational excellence — while also providing premium hairstyling, color, and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage staff schedules, appointments, and client bookings.
  • Supervise hairstylists, nail technicians, assistants, and support staff.
  • Maintain product and supply inventory; manage procurement and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure all services meet hygiene, safety, and brand quality standards.
  • Track daily and monthly sales, commissions, and performance metrics.
  • Support management in pricing strategy, marketing promotions, and service development.
Client Service & Styling:
  • Deliver high-quality hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and treatments to clients.
  • Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services or products.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, color techniques, and product innovations.
  • Maintain a consistent standard of excellence and professionalism in all client interactions.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Foster a motivated, service-driven, and collaborative team culture.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations for salon staff.
  • Organize or recommend training sessions to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure a positive work environment that promotes respect, teamwork, and growth.
