Position Summary: - The Salon Manager & Senior Stylist plays a dual role — combining creative hair expertise with business and people management skills. - This person will oversee the daily running of the salon, manage the professional team, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold operational excellence — while also providing premium hairstyling, color, and treatment services. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: - Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional guest experience. - Manage staff schedules, appointments, and client bookings. - Supervise hairstylists, nail technicians, assistants, and support staff. - Maintain product and supply inventory; manage procurement and vendor relationships. - Ensure all services meet hygiene, safety, and brand quality standards. - Track daily and monthly sales, commissions, and performance metrics. - Support management in pricing strategy, marketing promotions, and service development. Client Service & Styling: - Deliver high-quality hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and treatments to clients. - Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services or products. - Stay updated with the latest trends, color techniques, and product innovations. - Maintain a consistent standard of excellence and professionalism in all client interactions.
