An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective real estate sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet set targets.
  • Set clear business development and sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
  • Connect Nanoy Homes with conferences, exhibitions, real estate expos, corporate organizations, and networking platforms for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Drive lead generation, investor engagement, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategy execution and target performance.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or business development targets.
  • Experience in Business Development, Strategy Planning, or Sales Growth, preferably within real estate or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, marketing strategies, and revenue generation.
  • Ability to drive performance, manage KPIs, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in business development or strategic roles.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (MBA, CIPM, PMP, Real Estate–related certifications) is an added advantage.
