## Title: Sales/Business Development Manager – Corporate Travel

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales and expanding corporate travel accounts. The ideal candidate must have experience in travel/hospitality sales or strong B2B sales experience selling into corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries into closed sales
  • Drive visa, corporate, and luxury travel sales
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and grow corporate (B2B) client accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Abuja and surrounding markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to corporate clients

Requirements

  • OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • 2–5 years' proven sales or business development experience
  • Based in and familiar with Abuja
  • Experience in a travel agency, tours company, airline, or hospitality sales role is highly preferred
  • Candidates without travel experience must have strong B2B (corporate) sales experience
  • Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
