## Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions
Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits
Prospecting
- Identify and engage with potential customers
- Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities
Sales Reporting
- Accurately track and report sales performance
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Coatings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
