## Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions

Product Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits

Prospecting

  • Identify and engage with potential customers
  • Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities

Sales Reporting

  • Accurately track and report sales performance
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Coatings
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
