An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Actively generate qualified leads through personal prospecting, referrals, agents, events, and online platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline by generating new leads weekly.
Client Engagement, Viewings & Presentations
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads within 48 hours via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Schedule and conduct regular client inspections and property viewings.
  • Deliver structured presentations tailored to client needs.
Sales Cycle Management & Conversion
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Close deals consistently in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
Reporting & KPIs
  • Submit accurate weekly sales reports and maintain all sales trackers.
  • Track individual sales KPIs and provide structured performance updates.
Professional Representation & Brand Stewardship
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, inspections, and sales events.
  • Uphold company values, policies, and standards in all client-facing interactions.
Continuous Improvement & Conduct
  • Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and client relationship management skills.
