  • Clinix Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting our healthcare services, diagnostic packages, and wellness programs to individuals, corporate clients, and partner organizations. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong sales skills and a passion for contributing to better health outcomes in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients including corporate organizations, schools, churches, estates, and individuals for our healthcare services and diagnostic offerings. 
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and health talks to showcase our laboratory, medical, and preventive care services. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales targets and ensure repeat business. 
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, close sales, and process orders accurately and promptly. 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track client feedback, and provide insights to improve service offerings. 
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients. 
  • Stay updated on healthcare trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the Isolo area.
Requirements: & Skills 
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or related field. 
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in engaging with diverse clients. 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients. 
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools is a plus). 
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications:
  • OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Health-related disciplines preferred). 
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or marketing experience. 
  • Previous experience in healthcare sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
