We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Manage existing accounts, reactivate lapsed customers, and acquire new ones
  • Build strong, customer-centric relationships to increase share of wallet
  • Promote DrugStoc’s product range, new launches, and promotions
  • Ensure smooth order processing, delivery follow-ups, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical distribution
  • Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent territory planning and customer management ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
