Job description
We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Manage existing accounts, reactivate lapsed customers, and acquire new ones
- Build strong, customer-centric relationships to increase share of wallet
- Promote DrugStoc’s product range, new launches, and promotions
- Ensure smooth order processing, delivery follow-ups, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical distribution
- Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent territory planning and customer management ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
