  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officerto join our team in the FMCG industry.(E-commerce) We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role is perfect for a self-starter with a talent for sales and a desire to make a significant impact with strong knowledge of the local market, Proficient in drivingand a drivers Linces and prior exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets through effective strategies and timely execution
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and report regularly.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.Monitor market trendsand deliver actionable intelligence.
  • Represent the companyprofessionally in all engagements.
  • Stay informedon product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Results-oriented and highly driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in drivingand a drivers Linces.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Salary N100,000 + Commission. Full Time role Monday – Saturday
