Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets through effective strategies and timely execution - Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. - Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and report regularly. - Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.Monitor market trendsand deliver actionable intelligence. - Represent the companyprofessionally in all engagements. - Stay informedon product updates, promotions, and competitor activities. Requirements: - B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector. - Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. - Results-oriented and highly driven. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in drivingand a drivers Linces. - Excellent negotiation, communication skills and interpersonal skills. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Salary N100,000 + Commission. Full Time role Monday – Saturday
